No, but you can slow down the flow of air by not squeezing the handle so hard. There is an easy way to control it. To fill the water bottles in the car for my dogs, I use this machine. I like it a lot!

This is a great hose bib that you can easily put on and take off, allowing water to flow out at a narrow distance, such as a narrow-necked I found exactly what I was looking for

A female garden hose thread is located on one end of it, which allows it to screw on perfectly to a male garden hose end. An end with a pipe thread cannot be attached to this part.
