What is the thickness of the plastic body? I bought one from a dealer a few years ago, and it's very thin. It's obviously not a Mopar, but it was only $20. Please accept my sincere gratitude! ?

I'm not sure what you mean by thick. This will accomplish the purpose for which it was created. This OE isn't as thick as the generic ones you can buy off the shelf, but it's also not as thin.

Is there a cap included?

Yes. Everything is included, and it fits perfectly.

What is the procedure for mounting it? Is there a mounting kit available that you have or can provide?

It fits into the metal bracket that came with it from the factory. I'm sorry, but we don't have that bracket available. Thank you for your time and consideration.br>br>br>br>br>

It was a perfect fit for my 2002 TJ. It took less than 2 minutes to install, and all you had to do was snap it in place and connect the hose. It was less expensive than any other option I could find on the internet.
