Bolts were not in the box that I remember seeing. It should be possible to use the old bolts and fasteners.
Designed for a Ford Super Duty truck, this coolant reservoir comes with a drain plug. There is no way to fit it on

Immediately after receiving the product it looked clean and easy to install. When I went to test drive it, I made sure that the cap was all the way down properly, but once I pushed the throttle like 30lbs of boost she blew out a lot of coolant. Coolant had been flushed out of the reservoir in about half an hour.
Whenever I buy them, they leak around the seam. This is my second one leaking around the seam. Purchase this item at your own risk. The fastest way to get a factory part is to go to Ford and pay the extra cost.

The kit included a 16-psi cap that looked exactly like the OEM cap. Putting just this non-performing original unit in place led to temp increases beyond the 15F delta recommended by Ford. As the unit had small fractures, pressures could not be maintained in the system, causing increased temperatures in the EOT. With the leaking unit back in place, the temperature returned to its original 12F delta. A new oil and egr cooler will be installed shortly to reduce the temperature even more.
