The little gadget was nothing special to me I was half expecting that it wouldn't work. A resistor in my Jeep had failed and wouldn't turn on for two of the interior fan settings, so I spent an afternoon replacing it. All it took was 15 minutes to unplug the computer and to reconnect, then to test it and it worked like new again. My old one was very hard to remove because I did not have very many tools at my disposal for it it took some finesse to remove it, but putting the new one in was much My Jeep is finally able to breathe again thanks to its air flow system. I've been using it for 8 months now and have not experienced any.
According to so far, it works and fits just like the original. It is very difficult to change these out on my Jeep TJ, one of the screws is hard to get to. Since the old blower motor seized up, it became too hot. I may be able to get by with this one alittle longer than the last one I installed.
My old one was out in less than 15 minutes, and my new one was installed in the same amount of time. You can now use the blower in all settings! It is easy to save money if you don't go to the store!.
Super easy to install when my heater would only work on its highest setting. Despite the tight space, it takes up very little space and is very easy to install on my 06 Jeep Wrangler.
Combined two blower fan controllers in my Jeep Wrangler 2005 to solve my lower fan speed problem.
The parts worked well and the price was good. The only issue was my Jeep was designed such that it was impossible to reach the bolt on the right.
I purchased this for my mother in law's Jeep whose fan control only worked at 4 and it works perfectly.
