Everything seems to be working correctly

With our 2003 Suburban 1500, we have resolved the hot/cold mixing door problem. This part fits and is functional. I would prefer faster delivery because we have a center console that makes removing the driver side screws very difficult. I used a 7mm wrench with a nearly right angle drive and a hex shaft with a diameter of about an inch.

We fixed the hot air that comes out of one side of the cabin when the air conditioner runs

A dreaded hot air issue on the driver's side air conditioner was resolved. It took me about 30 minutes to watch a video. To get to the screws, the screws require a very small ratchet. It was very easy to install the unit. By taking the screws out, and then putting them back in, you are keeping the time. No issues during the 9 month period of time I had the unit.
