All seals and gaskets are included, or is that not the case?

There is no such thing. We shall not be providing rings for the female fitting on the rear line and for the 2 ports on the compressor.

Could I just flush it out before installing the new compressor? I'm not sure what the canister does, but my line looks fine. Do I need to flush it out?

You won't want to forget to get an A ring

I found that the product fitted my 2000 Lincoln Navigator just like High port leaks and just replacing the valve on the inside didn't fix it, still had a leak. The lines had to be replaced. As well as the G-string I purchased a pair of O-cords The rings were purchased separately on Amazon. The A/C was cold with no leakage. The price cannot be beaten and the quality is excellent.
