Differences between a/c intake and discharge lines how do they work. ?

It appears the line you listed above has a male end on the discharge line and the suction line is larger than the one I used on my 2004 Escape. When you take off the discharge line and you notice a small point sticking out, then that is what you need.

The construction of it feels really cheap, but it seems to fit

We had to adjust a few bends as compared to the OEM part, and the temperatures are too cold at the moment for us to test, so we'll see if it all works out in the spring or summer.
