It comes with everything you need to install that section of the hose except for the orifice tube that needs to be installed at the end. There is nothing better than a line set. Pictures show that there are other parts, but they actually didn't come with it. use the old o rings since I had no others and ran a dye test. It leaked where the hoses connect, so now I am out $35 worth of refrigerant, dye, and I am still trying to find replacement o rings.
The cost is half that of OEM, and it is working flawlessly for more than a month and a half now. It doesn't inspire confidence. I bought it due to the long lead time on the OEM part and the fact that it's hot.
