Not sure if it will fit, but it did on my 2005 Avalanche Z71
A 15mm hose and a 19mm hose are available
It refers to a system to heat the rear of the vehicle.
In the case of the hose, the seller was very clear about exactly what it fitted, and I don't think it fits anything else. This product was used on a pickup truck with the 5 cylinder engine in a 06 silverado. There was no problem fitting it

Please read on for an explanation. There is a problem with the fitting that should go on the inlet or outlet (driver's side of the two heater core pipes). Inside diameter of this came out to be 3/4". It is about 5/8" inside diameter that I need. It was a tight fit on my little finger with the old part and a very loose fit with the new part on my Tahoe that has HVAC on the front and back. An 800-watt Dorman compressor was included with this I'm in need of an 800 number My vehicle appears to be compatible with both products listed on Amazon. The application clearly does not fit my needs.
The plastic splitter on the splitter of my 2002 Chevrolet Avalanche burst and I needed this product. Remember that if you are not interested in splitting the "quick connect" end of the hose and wish to remove the old hose from the firewall using the tool meant to remove it, it will be a BEAR as there is a very narrow clearance between It was easy to remove that portion of the hose from the new hose since it was just a short section. My old hose was reattached with the hose clamps that came with the kit. I found it to be very useful for my purposes.
A part of the OEM part leaks in this product, so I replaced it with this one. This works great but please save your old connection because one of the long straight pieces of the hose that you are receiving has the wrong connector.
The parts were present and undamaged when they arrived on time. It appears that quality is good, but it will only be proved over time. Besides the clamps that come with the hose and the quick connect adapter already included, I also like the included quick connect adapter. You need this to repair your 2000 GMC Sierra from the heater core to the water pump, as well as the overflow.
The pricing here was much cheaper. The product was as good as on Amazon, but the price was a bit more expensive.
This part fit my 05 Sierra 1500 perfectly and it appears to be of good quality. Ensure that you drain your radiator first or you'll end up with a mess. What you need to know and how to do it.
I installed this on my 01 Z71 and found it to be very easy*advisory.
I think this a nice and high-quality product and it fits well.
