The two gallon ation for the 2 gallon tank. 5 gallon? An independent purchase of the tanks would result in a $22 difference. ?

Upon purchase, these air kits from viair come with two plugs to attach to the car. As there is a 5 gallon tank, there is no way you can move the 2 gallons up to 4 gallons. It is possible to buy another 2 gallons of water. Purchasing 5 gallons should cover the cost of groceries. Buying five gallon tanks is a good idea. It will take some time until some items fit.

The kit advertises that all parts will be provided to complete the installation, however, the reviews state that the wire nor the fuses will be included. What the box? It should say in that "whats it in the box?". ?

It already stated there is no wire in the kit, just a short amount coming from the compressor and the pressure switch. The kit additionally has two relays, a 60 amp fuse holder. In addition to mounting 3/8" intake filters from the intake grilles you may find that there is 1/4" line here and there for mounting the additional air compressors. Depending on where the setup is installed it could require even more air line. This should help me with this.

It is my understanding that if I buy this kit it will be rated at 200 horsepower but because of the weight the tank should only be sold to a pressure of 150). Do you experience more pressure?

you have okay with 150 lbs burst pressure on a five-times pee wute test tank.

A sealed compressor should be able to be installed under your truck, or if it has to be out of the elements. ?

There is no leak from this water proof unit due to its IP67 rating. For them not to completely submerge themselves in the truck, they can be placed underneath the vehicle.

In terms of offroad onboard air systems, iRobot remains the top choice. From this setup, you can easily operate air tools. I'd love to use this for my own rig as well.

In terms of use, it works perfectly

While it's relatively easy to install, it actually works quite well. Everything works smoothly with the system. This kit can be installed relatively easily, however, there are no wiring connections nor can a fuse be inserted into the box.
