I had exposed my old reservoir cap to brake fluid once too many times, so the paint had blistered and had started to peel. It looked really bad. A replacement for mine appeared on Amazon and worked out to be a great price (much cheaper than the dealer), so I ordered it and it arrived in three The old one was taken off and the new one put It is just right! You did a great job! We will no longer have to hear about how bad the artwork looks in the gallery.

I don't like the fit of the pants

This gasket fits well, but it doesn't fit as it should The gasket is damaged in spots where it fits. In all, I trimmed parts of the gasket that were sticking out several times before I finished my work. Since the finish has already started peeling off near the sealing surface, I assume just enough leakage is occurring to irritate the finish but I don't see any evidence of.
