No, it comes in a standard length with a carb hook. Excellent product.
I simply removed the old cable and replaced it. The new one was routed in the same way as the old one, with the exception that it was routed away from hot surfaces and around no sharp bends. I needed 30 minutes to complete the task. to put in place
This cable must be at least 4 feet in length. It was plenty long enough to route from the handlebars to the carb on my 2006 Honda Rancher, which I just installed. I hope this has been of assistance.

I have to give this item 5 stars because it does exactly what it says on the box. The only issue I have is that I did not read the instructions completely. 06 wasn't sure if it would work because it was a couple inches longer than my 02s cable, so I didn't try it. I ended up having to get the hole choke system that goes in the carb for mine anyway, which would be a good thing to do any way since you have it off in the first place. package arrived on time, which I wasn't in a big hurry for it came in an unopened Honda shop bag like you would get from any Honda dealer. Thank you for your prompt shipping on the 06 rancher, but not for the 02 rancher.
