Their performance is far superior to what we expected after one year! I was happy with how they broke and how simple it was to install. Update These have been my daily wear for over a year, and I have no complaints.
This is 100% better than what you were using before. have tow a 5000lb trailer now with a Dodge Durango (a small SUV), and the towing system makes the trailer pull up just like the SUV itself. It's OK to push the car if I'm hot and I can be safe in knowing that the back tires are pulling backwards rather than pushing me forward. It ended up being necessary to buy a new hitch and the motor for the electric breakaway solenoid since the brakes on those wheels are so powerful. The pumps work just as well as they did when they were new, even when dunked in salt water over a year ago. In comparison, these brakes are far superior to drum brakes because they require none of the These are so good that I would swap out a new trailer as soon as I got them.
The box arrived in good condition with some smashed corners but all of the components were in there. I was very pleased with the quality and the installation went smoothly.
