I use RainX wiper fluid and this is a brand new part

After 6 years, the fluid treatment had coated the sensor, making it impossible to detect fluid. I soldered a wire between the two prongs to ensure that they are always connected. When the fluid level is low, I'll turn off the idiot light, but if it stops squirting, I'll just add more.
