The original GM OEM part was an exact match in quality and size to the one I installed in my 2009 Hummer H2. It came After dusting a very fine layer of Talc powder on the edges, I let it sit outside in the sun for a few minutes to set. It fits well when tight but when untied it is loose. The wearable pad should work fine with this little upgrade, but I will update if there are any issues.

Fits my 2012 Cadillac Escalade, but won't fit my 2014 Cadillac I must have inadvertently tried looking up the GM OEM part number wrong or something is really special about 2012, as the part is There's no problem with the quality, only the size is wrong.
