On a 2002 2500hd, I installed it. It should be appropriate for a 2003 model.

Savings are a plus

The price is half of what the local auto parts stores charge. Because it takes a long time to get there, order ahead of time. If you live in the rust belt, I wouldn't take a chance on reusing the old part; I had to air hammer my hubs loose and tossed the originals.

This was not a good fit for my 1994 GMC K2500. When I have more time, I'll see what I can do with some metalworking to make it fit.

Oem galvanized steel of excellent quality. The 2006 GMC Sierra 2500HD was the perfect fit. I primed and painted mine for added durability and to keep them looking nice for years to come. To replace the hubs, you'll have to remove them, but since it's hub time anyway, now is a good time to do so.
