HELLO THERE, ON A 2005 TOYOTA HIGHLANDER 4X4 THERE IS NO DIFFERENCE BETWEEN JAPAN AND THE UNITED STATES ON THE HIGHLANDER, BUT I'M NOT SURE ABOUT THE LEXUS RX 330. HOPE THIS WAS USEFUL.
Unfortunately, Dorman does not have one available for this vehicle.
Dorman 924 is one of my favorites. It fits perfectly on my Toyota Highlander 373 rear brake dust shield.
I was in the process of replacing the bearings. The old ones were rusted through and through to the bearings. As a result, I've decided to replace the backplates.

It turns out that these plates aren't built to OEM specifications. Either the metal is too thick in some places, or the sheet metal was stamped incorrectly at the factory. The rear wheels no longer locked up after we removed the Dorman dust shields and replaced them with Toyota OEM parts. Dorman parts resulted in a significant time and financial waste.
My 2009 Toyota Highlander Sport AWD was listed as not being compatible with these. I took a chance and purchased them. The rotor has a diameter that is just a tad too small. I removed the outer lip with an angle grinder and a cut-off disc, and they fit perfectly; the OE Toyota ones cost $350 each! Mine had rusted away to the point where the parking brake was no longer functional. I was able to save nearly $600 thanks to these.
When you have the hub off, it's well worth the time to replace the bearings.
It took a little filing around where the parking brake cable feeds through to get it to fit properly, but it was a good price and it fit perfectly. Some people have complained about how difficult it is to get these on, but I had no trouble getting them on. When you don't have to press off the old backing plate, replacing the hub is a whole lot easier.
It appears to be a high-quality, well-made item rather than a low-cost knockoff. It fit perfectly on my 2006 Highlander. It was difficult to remove the hub, but this was not due to the product.
I am very happy with my purchase. I installed them in my Toyota Highlander and they worked perfectly. Install was simple, and they look great in comparison to my rusted-out old ones.
WHEN IT COMES TO BRAKE PARTS, THIS IS A GREAT COMPANY TO BUY FROM.
I am a professional and charge 1/5 the price of a genuine Lexus part. These components do not fit together properly. The ebrake shoes kept locking up, so they had to be modified to make them work.
