It's all good. Using this method, you will be able to turn on your radio the first time you do so if you own a Jensen radio. Here are some simple instructions - The blue wire should be connected on the interface to the blue/white stripe wire remote turn on (+) on the Radio* The green wire should be connected on the interface to the pink wire parking brake (-) Radio Station ) on Radio Station. The wiring should not be connected to the parking brake of the vehicle! The best part is it works! That's how simple and effective it is.
By soldering the ends of the Jensen CAR70V full screen media radio/head, the radio/head was installed. I found the instructions regarding where the three wire leads were placed (English) to be very straightforward. Those devices allowed me to connect my radio with Android Auto, but I had no success connecting my radio without them. We just bought one of these and we are delighted with how useful and cool it is.
In fact, I did not want to watch TV while driving so much as to own a product that permits that functionality. In purchasing this product only I was attracted to the fact that it was much easier to install this device than it was to search inside my dash for the proper factory wires needed In addition, setting the parking brake to use the dvd feature is quite a pain. I had no problems using the DVD player after it was installed. The wiring sensor is very small, so it can easily be hidden behind the radio. A dvd feature on the radio is a must-have feature if replacing it and you don't have it before. It will save you a lot of time.
Normally, I wouldn't mention something like this when it comes to such things I just wish I had put it in from the beginning instead of having to pull the radio back out when I realized the budget adapter I bought was not delivering the signal Now everything works as it should.
On the other hand, finding the correct wires on my Jensen unit proved challenging. Emailing the company and submitting my wiring diagram for clarification was my first step. Upon getting back to me within 12 hours, they explained which wire to hook to for the blue wire. Do not use T taps on the blue wire. You will need to strip and ground the connections at the same location as you ground the battery.
It accomplishes the purpose for which it was created.
