This is a must-have accessory for any 16ft Bayliner I got what little information I could find about smart tabs when I was looking for smart tabs for my boat from reviews. Neither this nor the hydro foil was an option. For me, the smart tabs were the best option. We had a difficult time getting the boat to plane once it was loaded up. Although it took a long time for the plane to reach the ground, it still struggled a bit. As a result of getting the boat, I felt like I made a mistake. As a result, I ordered these smart tabs from Amazon Night and day are two sides of the same coin. In spite of the holes, I planed almost instantly out of them. Even though I reduced my speed by two miles per hour, the ride became so much more pleasant and cruise speed became easier to maintain. The boat I have is a Bayliner F16 with a 60-hp CT. I am very pleased with this product. It helped me a lot. Firstly, the package support couldn't have been better. A first disappointment was that the boat did not work in the way I thought it would After I called customer support, they swapped out my springs for heavier ones without charging me a penny. At the end, everything worked out for the best. The process of getting these will save you a lot of time and frustration. If you are not satisfied with the way your boat rides, emerges from the hole, or stays on plane, then stop dealing with it and get these.
A cracked or chipped gel coat will be prevented by this procedure. When I first set them up, I set them up on the middle setting (position 3) on a 16-inch monitor. The boat is five feet wide. I have never experienced anything like this before. These look great on my 18' Starcraft Aluminum Superfisherman (fish and ski style full windshield boat), and they were installed in less than 30 minutes. This group claims to be everything they claim.
