It's a dark grey, almost black color. It was a little darker than the grey factory piece it was supposed to replace.

It will fit if it is a 2WD vehicle. Fog lights were installed in the valence on 4WD models, so the 4WD valence has cutouts for them.

This is what I put on my 2002 F-150. 150 The color and fit are perfect, and it's less expensive than the Ford OEM product.
My 2001 Ford F-150 was able to use it. The bolts, on the other hand, would have been ideal. I had no choice but to purchase them.
