Angry! I am so mad at you! I know this product doesn't look the same as the picture in the description, but with this one I don't care. Buying you again will never be a good idea. It was a horrible experience!.
All of this stuff is just like the original equipment. You may get water in your car if you replaced the bmw window regulator and the sealant of the original is no longer sticky just use some of this stuff and you'll be fine. All you need to do is heat up, release, and attach. The perfect addition to any garage for all your headlight projector mods.
When using this material to seal a headlight, it's a challenge. This product is great and good value, but to seal my headlight, I had to warm up the sealant until it turned into a goo before installing, which I couldn't do as a novice. Basically, this product works the way it's supposed to, but if you're a beginner, you should use black sealant from your nearest.
Despite the fact that the product is excellent, the packaging is the worst I have ever seen. Within seconds of taking it out of the package, it gets stuck together and the nice skinny string gets ruined into a sticky glob that is difficult to remove. It would be great if they redesigned the container that holds the product! It is so disappointing for an otherwise great product! It would be helpful if you changed.
The sealant is specifically designed for auto lighting and works very well. In my truck, I used it for my LED 3rd brake light, and it sealed the brake light tightly. After removing it once, I found the sealant was still adhered, so I had to perform a second coat. A little bit goes a long way thanks to its sticky, stretchy and moldable qualities. As soon as I get my LED brake lights, I will use this on.
Keeping this stuff in your shop is ideal for repairing window leaks and exchanging broken glass with new replacement glass since it stays sticky and doesn't harden, so it's perfect for use in the automotive industry. Keeps water out of your house with this.
The device will probably work for the purpose it was intended for.
