The slot is 3/16th of an inch short, 1/16th less than the slot you have. Using my Keystone Cougar from 2007, it fit perfectly into the slot I had.
As a result of the year, I cannot say.
Bulb type seals are designed to slide into tracks. In my experience, slide tracks are approximately 3/8" wide by 1/8" thick and located on the inside edge of the outer wall of the slide. The foam may work in a track if it is sliced as described. Although I do not believe the seal I am thinking of will work if it is the one you have.

The seals have been replaced on the Keystone Cougar slideouts on our 2007 travel trailer. Used a screwdriver and a razor knife to install them. Fit perfectly and the seals are Generally speaking, we are happy with the result.
Keep your wits about you! I have found this to be the best secondary slideout seal product I have found. It is true that there are other brands available, but these tend to crack, rot and melt easily, making a mess. As an AP user, I have achieved a great deal of success. The system has been working for years with no breakdowns. There is no point in spending money on anything else.
The tools needed are a #2 phillips screwdriver, a sharp utility knife, and an impressively I found the program very easy to use and to install. It was an easy process to replace the worn gasket! still have enough to take care of a few more slides as other gaskets wear out. The top of each slide is installed with four of these gaskets, so that's three of them per slide. A total of 15 edges are present. Should the need arise, I can fix the issue in just a few minutes. I like it a lot!.
As I mentioned, I had a slide-out installed during the winter. My slide-out roof was apparently leaked onto by water during the rain, and the water found its way inside my There was a lot of cracks in the seal, which caused the problem. Rain has fallen since then, and no water has entered my RV since then.
It fits well. During our 2010 trip, we discovered that the seal on our slide out was damaged. Replaced the old with the new. GooGone was used to clean the sealing surface. After the seal retention rails are lubricated with slide out sealer conditioner, install the seal. In just a few seconds, the new seal is in place.
I think the DIY job turned out quite well. As the secondary seals on our original ISIS aircraft began to tear and fall apart, we decided to replace them. We had some slides that stuck to the exterior walls when they were opened and we were well beyond the time of replacement. Adding dish soap to the track seemed to help it slide along after I got it started, but it made my fingers slippery as well. After removing the vertical pieces, I was able to install the horizontal pieces but finding the horizontal piece along the tops more difficult. Upon installation, the units appear to function properly and are expected to last for many.
This device slides right in. It is very easy to install. I had a more difficult time getting the old seal off than putting this one For the new seal to fit, you need to unscrew the corner pieces. Unscrew the two corner pieces to remove the old seal. The screws hold the new seal in place when the corner pieces are put in last.
It is a good but I only received 26'4" (see photo), not 30', as stated in the With a few inches to spare, it barely fit my Keystone Springdale slide-out from 2008 as well.
