There is no second chance once it is put down to the surface since it could melt plastic, destroying your project. *br> It is not refundable! It will only be valid for a limited period of time! Therefore, plan your strategy This is still quite a fine product, although there is very little chance to re-use the tube because of its Whenever handling this stuff, be sure to wear heavy gloves.
If the surface is smooth, I would use a new razor blade to remove the bulk of it, and then use laquer thinner for the rest.
Fortunately, there is a product called "Goof Off" that should help get rid of Hardware stores sell it, so it's easy to find.

The weather strip on my car stayed on well for months after I reapplied it. It is a good idea to watch a video on how to apply this type of adhesive. First you place it on the strip and on the car and spread it a little over both. Once it has dried you can remove it. Next, a second layer is applied to the car, and the strip is stuck to that layer while it is still moist. If it holds firm after that, it will last for years, if not always.
The orange color is nowhere indicated in the description. I bought it to glue down trim on my car and I read the description ten times to make sure it was actually orange. There was no mention of it being orange except for one question. As I tried to return it, Amazon wouldn't let me therefore, I need to keep this stupid product and try to clean my car from orange glue.

We are very pleased with this adhesive's adhesion and price point. The tube I bought is yellow, but I decided to buy the larger one. A 5 oz jar of weatherstripping adhesive is not cheap, especially if it is of the *5oz size. I believe I saved $5-$10 this way. You can get a 10 on this by choosing yellow, and the best part is that you hardly ever find It is vital that you follow the instructions carefully and thoroughly clean both the surface you wish to apply the weatherstripping to, as well as the weatherstripping itself before you apply it. Oh my goodness, this is stickier than hell! The entire tube was used on all four doors on two cars, plus I had half a tube left over, but I had some shoes that had the soles coming off, so I repaired them as well. I think I might make a cape that would fit on the tube too.
I also like the size of this syringe. Because it's so small, I don't waste any of it when I have leftovers, but it's big enough to perform the task at hand. In the large tube, I normally use 3M and it is good for large jobs, but this works just as well and is much easier to use because of the smaller tube size. It's a great product and I will get some more of it.
I found it to be a waste of money. The yellow in this design doesn't blend in with trim which makes it an excellent choice if you like it. It also lacks a cap that can be screwed on in order to apply it in a narrow line or bead, making it I need to purchase some black adhesive somewhere else today to fix my weatherstripping, so I am not happy.
