The trailer we bought 20 years ago is still in good condition. The weather stripping around both the rear and side doors of this car had most of its rubber seals damaged and was falling apart. This was so easy to install, I just used a soft face hammer to install it. Using my pocket knife and a pair of dikes to cut the metal stiffener, it was also very easy to cut.
Originally I had purchased this product with the intention of replacing the weather stripping on my 2010 Nissan Sentra, but when I received it and examined it, it didn't appear to have the exact grooves I wanted. In addition, I couldn't see any snaps that would allow me to attach it to In the case of some basic weather stripping, I think this would be adequate. However, my car has too many details in its weather.
In the order form on your site, the option stated that I needed to order this. I am very unhappy with this item and need instructions on how to return it. After entering all the details for the Ford F 150 truck, the option on your site said that this is what I was supposed There is not enough room for it and it cannot be used. In this case, the length of the seal was correct, but the width was not. I think it might be helpful to include a cross section of the seal on the product's website so a customer knows exactly what they want and what they Are you also going to include the actual measurements of its width? Thank you, Lori.
This was hoped to be the ideal seal to replace the body door seals on my Jaguar, but alas, this manufacturer integrated interior lining into the seal, which prevented me from using it. The quality is very good and would have been a perfect choice for non-premium car makers who typically do not include interior linings. There are many previously owned vehicles that would have been perfect for this lining. I have given my son the privilege of using the computer.
Using this to restore the rear hatch seal of my Porsche 944, I replaced the worn out one. I could not have done without it and it was a fraction of the cost of any "OEM".
This is the perfect candidate! I actually don’t want to have a ton of trouble installing this because it sure is a bugger. Durability and toughness against the elements are what I need. It is exactly what I've been looking for!.
I have a 1973 AMC Gremlin with a back-window hatch, and this is the perfect fit. *this *is* hard to find these days, so finding this was a big deal. I am very pleased with the purchase. I am sure I will find uses for the rest of this stuff. We used a bit more than we thought we would need to finish.
Although we haven't installed them yet, they arrived fairly quickly. They appear to be perfectly in line with what was From the look and feel of them, they appear to be pretty heavy duty. When I finish painting my posts I will install new rubber and update them! I am pleased with my purchase and plan to upgrade them. I bought 2 in hopes that it will be sufficient.
