It may not be complicated at all, but it is extremely tedious.... The mechanic who installed mine did so.

The pros include You've done a fantastic job on the handles. Solid and heavy, they feel good in the hand. It distinguishes itself from OEM handles in a positive way. The following cons It's not easy to follow the instructions. The best way to figure it out is to watch YouTube videos. For those of you who are not handy, I would pay someone to do it for you. My garage was filled with tools and this job took me about 6 hours. In addition to the poor quality hardware and lack of washers, there will be numerous errors during installation (you will drop screws and washers into your doors, that's unavoidable). There's still a little work to be done on the tailgate because I'm short of Could you tell me why screws were used The manufacturer would be the one to answer that. The installation process would have been a lot easier if bolts had been used. As a whole The handles are nice, but the manufacturer could have provided better hardware for the installation, so that it would be easier. It will be halfway done by the time you realize that you have run out of hardware and you will have mismatched handles until the company sends Taking the time and being patient is the key to a successful installation. One screw and one washer were lost to me, but they only provide you with 10 washers (i. e. It's absolutely impossible to make a mistake). Though I like the look of the products, I can't give them any higher than a 3 stars due to installation issues.
In addition, They're a piece of garbage that can't be said enough bad things about. These are notoriously difficult to install because of the way they are designed. Despite their snug fit, they do not feel secure. If completely tightened, there is a gap that can allow moisture to seep into your doors (not good). Generally, as you can see in the video, they do not "rebound" after they are pressed (2 out of 3 do). The customer service is terrible at Xprite. There is no written policy that states that you only have 30 days to return an item. As far as I was concerned, they would give me only store credit after 30 days. Do you think that I will want to buy anything from such a company that sells junk like this?
Never mind and pass these over and get something better. I won't be putting this junk on my Jeep, so you can have mine.
Stability is not really an issue with these because they don't mount well. You have garbage. Stability is not really an issue with these because they don't mount well. In order for the rear door to work, there are gaps around the handle and the door, and the rear one has to be rebuilt. Despite their nice design, the way the installation is done makes them almost useless.
There are strong, sturdy handles on the doors. I installed it on the front and rear doors of my Jeep Wrangler JKU and it fits perfectly. Although the door handle is designed to fit the front door, the rear door was not designed for it. This is due to the tailgate door having a slight curve at its An opening is visible on top of the handle due to the handle not fitting firmly. There is a gap between the tailgate and the ground that allows water to enter. In order to close the gap, I had to use RTV silicone. My questions about the gap were answered by their customer service, who recommended putting a washer to close it. This issue cannot be resolved by a washer, as you might imagine. It's a shame that the solution to this design flaw was a disappointment. The solution to this problem is not one size fits all.
The sealant had to be purchased separately to weatherproof it.
The small screws were one of the last parts I installed because I was a bit nervous about losing them. However, it all went very smoothly, and I have no reason to doubt that. (Tip) Add putty or something sticky to the end of your Allen key to improve the chances of the screws not falling If you want a magnetic one, you can simply buy.
The screw strips are poorly designed and poorly positioned. A self-adhesive gasket that is wonky. There is much room for The idea was good, but the execution was poor.
I find these door handles to be very strong. I found the installation to be fairly challenging because of the confined space in which you have to work.
