I think you can, but only if you will remove the pressure control and replace it with one that is not faulty. The tank needs to be adorned with it. You should be careful with the connecting hose you buy because of the difference in thread sizes and types. A 1/2 inch and 1/8 inch brass fitting will be able to fit the tank, but a hose will need to be ordered separately. As well as fittings, you will also need the Vlair 90005 pressure release and drain kit. It's a good idea to bring the hose with you to Lowes or Home Depot so you can check the threads.

If you are thinking of installing the Viair tank port fittings kit (Viair 90005) of the braided stainless steel Viair leader hose (Viair 92804), I highly recommend purchasing these items to simplify the process. In spite of some reviews mentioning weak threads, the threads on the tank appear to have a very durable paint coating, and the paint coating appears to hold up well (contrary to many reviews that mention.

I like the little tank you've got there

There is a black powder coat finish for the 4 port style, not a silver finish. The powder coating seems to be in good condition and seems well constructed. The other complaints I am not sure what they are There will be on board air for my TJ this is a part for it. Tank fits perfectly underneath the body mounted almost up to the rear axle on the driver's side. The axle flexes enough to keep a good balance.

A small tank that is perfect for those with limited space. This is what I bought for my train horn and it works fine. My tank will need to be larger or I'll have to get a second one if I'm going to lay on the train horn. For Prime members, there is a great price and free shipping.

As far as I can tell, everything is going well. Added fittings and a manifold to the order. A barrel tank is not an ARA In any case, it is not a I am impressed with how well the construction is done. As soon as the installation has been completed, I will know for sure.
