There is a clip with them, yes.

Is this going to solve the problem of wind noise once it's installed?

I think so, if that is the issue. It is probably the loose old one(s) that is causing the noise. If you can pull them up, then the problem is most likely the old ones.

It is of good quality, has an attractive price, and is I have been using a new one since my old ones had blue clips. This one has As far as form, fit, and function are concerned, no difference can be detected.

I like the way the package is packed. Exactly as I had imagined. After years of exposure to Florida's sun, my old ones were bleached. These ones restored everything to its original condition. This is a very easy to install product. It is suggested that a clean area be prepared before the new ones are installed.
