There was some sort of crack in the screen. It's unlikely that it was sent in that manner. The mirror was broken in the middle when it was delivered. As soon as I received this mirror, I had to install it since I was about to tow a camper 800 miles. The mirror was easy to install and wasn't.

This is the exact same as the original. This is an easy to install program. The package was delivered earlier than anticipated. It didn't seem to be stocked at the dealer or auto store when I called. The price was well worth it.
