This gave me a savings of Since it was so cheap, I was a bit skeptical about it working

Based on what the auto repair shop told me, it would cost over $1,000 to fix my shattered passenger side mirror on my 2013 Ford F-250 After calling whomever he got the parts from and calculating the labor himself, he gave me a quote of $399. I didn't agree with him that just the glass needed to be replaced, but the whole mirror as well. As far as he was concerned, there was no other option. This was something I was considering trying but decided not to. the glass in two minutes with no tools (the original was already gone after clipping a parked truck with one of those huge trailer mirrors sticking out), it fit perfectly, and I have driven hundreds of miles up north over rough dirt roads, at speeds up to 80 mph. I am in good health. I'm glad to have found this and that.

I purchased this part for my 2006 Ford F-150 The supercab is a 150. How easy it was to install an ana was truly amazing. After finding unboxing and installing the mirror, it took me a long time to find the mirror. There is nothing to complain about with this product. Once again, this is a great product at a reasonable price and it is really as easy to install as the directions say it is. I was extremely pleased with how fast the delivery was.

I have owned the 2011 Ford F-150 for the last two years It was just a few weeks after I bought it that the passenger side mirror fell to the floor. I was quoted hundreds of dollars to have it replaced by the dealer. My only problem was that I only needed new glass, not a A new glass and backing plate were purchased, the original backing plate was cleaned, and a new glass was installed. We ordered more glass and spent a couple more hours. We repeated this process many In the end I replaced it with the shattered glass instead of keeping the damaged glass on the mirror because it kept falling off. I went back to the dealer and Ford customer service for a quote. As we were driving down the freeway, it fell off. Since all these years had passed, I figured someone would have made an after-produced A replacement product for the market. (I still have one spare) I spent less on this replacement than I did for the glass. After several tries (and superglue) I was able to keep it in place - the result is a more solid mirror than the original. It does not shake while I am driving. When parking in a tight spot, I can fold the mirror in, and it does not After $12, it's better than original, but I still believe it's a defect that Ford is not willing to acknowledge. It requires no tools to install and is very well worth its cost.

The picture is distorted and I would not recommend it

me a little while to install, especially because it was so flimsy that I was scared it would break. My wish now would be to have not made the transfer and to just buy a new OEM part. It is so thin that when I drive now that the marriage constantly vibrates and distorts the vision around me. It's not pleasant to have to go back and forth trying to figure out what's inside your mirror and in your space for long periods of time. In my opinion, this would not be a good choice for.

This is a great replacement and is easy to install

After covering the broken mirror with duct tape and popping it off following the video, I took it out. The new mirror has been installed. vibrations, and I can see that there is some vibration with this mirror, but it doesn't seem to be an issue for a passenger side mirror. One thing I did not like (and it's not the fault of this product) was a video explaining how to determine whether or not your old mirror is a heated one by noting the heated symbol. When I removed my old F150 mirror to replace it with the replacement, it was still hot. Not the fault of the old mirror, but the replacement mirror. Check the rear of the mirror for two wires plugged in to the back of the mirror if your old mirror is removable. The heated version would be more appropriate in this situation.

One thing is holding things back

I was able to install the replacement mirror There is, however, a problem with the existing vibration dampening spring clips--they do not fit into the grooves where they should fit. Neither the clips nor the editor are at fault. It would be good to widen the grooves a little. As a result, the clips had to be filed down to fit in When driven at highway speeds, the mirror vibrates excessively without the spring clips.

The driver side of the vehicle rattles at highway speeds after a direct replacement on the highway side in two minutes

Due to a recent hailstorm here in Colorado, I had to replace both the driver's and the passenger's mirrors on my 2009 Ford F150 STX. In less than 10 minutes, I replaced them both. You need to remove the original clips from the Driver side from the original model and install the replacement clips. The passenger was like a rock that didn't move once it was installed. A slight rattle can be heard from the driver's side. My next step will be to adjust the clips to see if that makes a difference in preventing it, though it isn't enough to affect the function, just a bothersome For either mirror, I did not notice an improvement in clarity. According to what I could see, both turned out to be original glass. In the future, I am definitely going to purchase from this seller. It has an appropriate price and a good quality.

I have a 2007 F150 XLT and it fits perfectly

On this truck, the power mirrors are factory controlled, so a "Love Tap" from someone grabbing the mirror or something like that usually just pops them out, and crash boom bang they smash badly into the ground. It takes less than a minute to install this mirror. It fits perfect, pops right into place, and takes less than a minute to remove. (I try to keep a spare in my truck at all times).
