I had to slightly drill out one of the holes for the securing pin because it was a little tight. I don't see anything wrong with the headlights other than that! A great value for the money since there is no condensation.
It took us about 20 minutes to swap out all four pieces. Because previous reviews said there were pinholes which needed to be enlarged, I was concerned. As tight as they were, they did not require drilling or anything like that, and they fit My first experience with them was about 2 months ago and I still have no complaints!.
It looked like my headlight lenses were encrusted with hairspray on the inside, and they were all faded. When the inspection guy tested them, he just shook his head, and told me that I should think about getting them cleaned. Those other lens wipes don't make me feel comfortable, so I bought this set instead. There were well-boxed, no instructions (necessary), and the bulbs came with gaskets that replaced the ones in the lower parts. During installation, I had to pull out the pin that holds the upper assembly in place, pop out the clips that hold the lower assembly in, and squeeze the clips that secure the lower assembly to the upper assembly. have to reinstall the bulb wiring harnesses into the same slots in the new assemblies (and be sure to replace the gaskets) and put everything back the same way it was that it came out. It is an excellent replacement headlight and signal light. The set I swapped is like new. I replaced a 13 year old set with them. You could make use of all the money you save to purchase some silicone to put on the headlights. They do come with rubber pieces for the turning signals as well. The lights can be adjusted very easily to point in the desired direction. Since the original headlights didn't pass the inspection, I had no choice but to switch to these they are very attractive. It was very easy to install. It took about 15 minutes to install and it can't be beat at this price.
