There are no 9145 led bulbs that will fit your car. You will need a h3 or 9006 fog light bulb.
There is no need for 9145 led fog lights for 2002 Dodge Ram 1500, you need 9006 led fog light bulbs instead.
There are however, at least 2 potential problems with it, even though the bases are very similar 2) It is possible that your vehicle's wiring and/or voltage and amps to that light vary. You might be able to use this method if you buy a pigtail (socket with a short run of wiring) for an H10 and substitute it for the socket on your car. You should make sure, however, that the H10 bulb tabs will fit properly into your vehicle's housing before you try that. The shipping was very fast. They showed up a day early which was a nice surprise. The products seem well constructed. It felt like the materials were good quality. I am pleased with how smoothly the installation went. This photo shows the difference between the amber color of the stock light and the white color of the new lights. If you are looking to replace your fog lights, this is a great option. You might want to try these.
I was very pleased with these bulbs for their price! There are two pictures that I posted one has just the oem halogen bulbs and the other has oem headlights with these LEDs Obviously the one with the LEDs is the one with the headlights because they were far brighter than mine. These fog lights are lower on the truck so they don't blind oncoming traffic, plus they are fog lights, so they are much lower on the truck. In addition, these LEDs felt pretty solid right out of the box and not cheap at all! These would definitely be a purchase I would make.
The effect is similar to going from a candle to a searchlight. I find this to be very useful. Besides the price, the quality is right as well.
