Questions & Answers

A Gas Club Car Carryall (Golf Cart) is my mode of transportation. What I want to know is How does this Thermo-Flex machine work Would TEC be of any use to dampen/deaden the engine sound from my golf cart? I am considering placing some under the bed of the golf cart, under the front seats, and even under the floor board of the golf cart. Would this work well...?

Although it adds weight, the material appears to be quite effective at dampening sound.

Is this something you can use on your exhaust system?

The belt may catch fire. Maybe you can add it to the inside of the vehicle, above the muffler. The system would significantly reduce the amount of noise coming from outside

Can you please let me know if this is the silver or black version of the new wristband?

The color black

Can it be used on wood surfaces, as well as metal?

The only wood I've used it on was metal. It would not be a problem for me if it was clean. It is very strong stuff used for the adhesive backing.

This is worth all the pain
5/5

The real thing is better. In order to install Dynamat, you must be familiar with the installation process. It'll test your willingness to tear panels apart and contort your body as you reach into areas no man has ever attempted. However, the truth is - As a reward for your survival, here is what you'll get awesome Thunk instead of clink when you open a tight door. There is a vibration in the environment An excellent control surface for your speakers to make your speakers sound better, especially when you crank up challenge in any kind of sound control is to reduce vibrations and eliminate a surface's potential to resonate at certain frequencies, and Dynamat does this to perfection. In the same way that I was, you're reading reviews, you're kind of convinced it's worth it, but you'd also like to pretend that the sound is okay, so you don't get your hopes up, either. However, I can assure you that it is.

There is a huge difference between the two
5/5

It is best to order more than you believe you will How great it is to use this stuff! This is what I installed on the front doors of my Toyota 4Runner 2016. During the installation process, I installed a layer inside the door panel (against the backside of the outer layer of the door) and a layer outside the door panel (the part that is immediately visible when you remove Two layers of one door are covered by one kit (12 sq ft). It is easy to cover both doors with just one layer of the kit. As a result, I will need to order another kit to do the other door since I was not aware of this when I ordered it. To cover the two back doors and the rear lift hatch, I am likely to order five additional kits. Even though it can be expensive, it is effective for reducing road noise (I have very large, noisy tires on my vehicle with a 3" lift). I'm very pleased with the sound quality I now have from my upgraded speakers. I found the installation to be relatively easy. There are very sharp edges on the metal. For protection against cuts on your hands and forearms, you should wear gloves and a long-sleeved shirt.

Very helpful in reducing noise
4/5

Put this on my "Dog House" after removing the sprayed insulation (which was no easy task. Now that we've made this adjustment, I feel like the engine noise no longer comes from the dog house, but from the firewall. This will be fixed As with their hood liner, I have only one complaint. It is too expensive. A competitor product named Killmat is available and I ordered it to finish the job since there was not enough material to do the job. The product looks the same, but there are a lot more of them! As far as their tech support is concerned, it was helpful and prompt. We are extremely sorry guys, I know you're probably the first on the market with this equipment, but it is quite expensive compared to.

The noise level has definitely decreased! As a whole, I think that this is a good product
4/5

I'm not sure if the price premium is worth the added value of the name, but that is my only reason for dropping one star. A second 80 mil butyl product was used on my rear doors and I got similar results, if not the exact same. I recommend that you go with this product if price is not your only concern. If price is a big concern, I recommend selecting one of the other highly rated, but lower priced butyl brands on Amazon, as I do not think you'll notice the difference between them. This product was easy to work with (comes in four strips) and two strips were sufficient to cover every entrance. Thus, the kit only covered two of my front doors and a small portion of one of my rear doors. was able to cover about 5x the amount of area for less than the price of this kit when I bought 36 square feet of butyl from another manufacturer! cut, and the adhesive was With a roller, I was able to flatten the product against the door frame, as well as use noise tape to bind and seal the two parts Please be careful not to block any wires or mounts needed for the interior door panels to be reinstalled. Upon completion and after the door panels are replaced, the car will look almost like it did from the factory, but be quieter, more comfortable, and more quiet than before.

I was very happy with the ease of installation I think it is worth the trip
5/5

The only thing that bugged me when I got the car was hearing road noise and wind through the doors. So I purchased this for my 2015 Mazda 3 (4 door Touring model). This is what I got along with sealing tape and a roller. With help from a friend, we installed it on ALL 4 doors in a couple hours. It was incredibly easy to work with and I found myself enjoying the process. When we were all done, I noticed that the noise that had bugged me had gone away. As a result, I reduced a lot of pain and I was really happy with the results. It is great to hear how much better the car and sound are now. In the near future, I would like to paint the floors and perhaps the ceiling as well. It's something about reducing the outside noise that makes the ride that much more pleasurable. I would have to say that adding Dynamat to my Mazda was one of the best mods I ever made!.

I am impressed with this product, but it is very expensive
5/5

My wife's Rav 4 was more enjoyable to drive when we used this product. All four doors are equipped with this device. What do you think of it? In short, yes. I've noticed a substantial difference in the noise level from the front speakers, as well as the general sound quality. If you plan on peeling off just little sections of the backing during assembly, secure both ends of the material to the upper portion of the door first, then pull up the remainder of the My first row was on the top of the door, and my second row was on the bottom of it. A utility knife was used to trim holes for cable and wiring connections on the door lock. Please remember to trim the room around the holes for the panel connectors.
