Stutters would sometimes occur, and sometimes the video would not play. There must have been some technical glitch with the rollers on which the sliding doors were mounted. My issue was resolved after ordering these, and I thought it would. The part is a perfect replacement and so much cheaper than the OEM part. It is very easy to install if you know what you are There are YouTube videos out there that show you how even if you don't. The hinge will also need to be removed from the old part and put on the new part. I strongly recommend this!.
My personal opinion is that the original sliders should be changed since the rollers are too small and the bearings are weak, which means that they fail easily and must Because they will probably need to be replaced in about five years, these new sliders are a great value for the money. It was easy to follow a video on youtube as it showed how cables can be removed with pliers and without having to take the interior apart. The replacement job was also easier when the door was manually slid half way back.
The repair took approximately 30 minutes per door, and we had two people working on it at the same time. It works great now that the doors have been fixed! So far it seems to be working fine! We just installed it a couple of days ago, so we cannot comment on the duration of its effectiveness yet.
I consulted with Eric The Car Guy, and you can follow his instructions to install it. The whole process took me only two hours. Instead of using a floor jack for support, I used a furniture dolly and some wood to hold the van door while I replaced it. Additionally, the dealer wanted more than $750 to fix the common sliding van door problem.

As advertised, the work is completed. It has been fixed now that my door retracts without hesitation.
I would be able to replace them every few years at this price and still be lower than what After installation, they behaved as they were supposed to.
