The fit is like OEM, but the buyer should be aware of that

It looks and performs like an OEM product. Nevertheless, I ordered both sides and received the left side's middle roller missing, so the middle roller on the left side is broken and useless. It means that I will have to return the broken left side. My customer wanted to pick it up soon, so I had to buy it new from the Toyota dealership and it was two to three times as much. But I didn't have time to do that back then. It was a tough decision but one I'm glad I made. Thanks for reading. Now let's see if one of them fails first.

While it is the correct part, the angle on it was ever so slightly off, so we had to shim it in order to avoid it.

The fit and function of the 09 Sienna are perfect

It takes 10 minutes to correct. Prop the door up with a jack so it won't fall off when the old hinge is removed. Remove three 12mm bolts and two 10mm Easy to do with the door open about 8 inches in order to access the 12mm bolt from the inside of.
