Which do you think is bigger, the inside or the outside diameter?
HI, it has a diameter of 0 in the interior. The inside diameter is 0.33 inches and the outside diameter is 0.04 inches. I highly recommend you refer to the photo 5 for more information on the size. Thanks.

This product was of poor quality control

It performs as described, but the two pairs of bolts and nuts delivered (out of four pairs) were misaligned. The threading on them was improper and they needed to be replaced. Other than that, nothing to worry about.

Quality bands can be poured

Sadly, the bands did not last 6 months before they dry rotted and broke. It is fine to use metal bits.

Instead of screws, adhesive tape is used.
