Not happy with this; I was under the impression that this order would include two bushings, and there were two pictured. Maybe not, but $10 for a bushing is WAY TOO MUCH when you consider they're only $3 each at local restaurant supply stores. Someone is making a lot of money here. Chef Teno, if you're reading this, you've come to the right place.
This is a very basic product, but it serves the purpose of preventing the Nemco Chopper blades from being damaged by the slamming action that occurs when cutting and chopping anything. br>br>At a restaurant auction, I bought a few choppers that were missing the bumpers. I was completely unaware of it, and one of the choppers' blades were literally destroyed (yikes!). These were purchased to be installed on the second chopper prior to use, and they work flawlessly with no damage to the unit's other components.
They're a bit pricey, but you have to have them when you need them.
It is comfortable and functional. It is, however, a little on the pricey side, and please note that you will only receive a SINGLE bumper, not a two-piece set!.
As advertised, this is a genuine OEM replacement part. For the Nemco dicer, a replacement part is required. It does exactly what it should.
It was exactly how it was supposed to be; a replacement part from the manufacturer.
Good.
These didn't sell as a set, but they're great on their own.
