As soon as I replaced my NATO-style pour spout with a rubber pour spout, my life was transformed. The metal gas can in my hands cracked, which was very distressing to me. The company only sells whole nozzle assemblies for around $30, not new rubber nozzles. The end of this was tapered, so I inserted it inside the end of the steel spout by cutting off a foot of it. I love it! I find it a lot easier to use than the original spout because it's more flexible and twice as long as the original.

It seems the wall of this hose is thinner than most 3/4 heater hoses The existing fittings have a bit of a loose fit. Although, I have not had a problem so far- Typical clamping pressure is not sufficient clamps must be tightened more.

This product was made in the USA at a great price and was a great product. I was very impressed. There is a reason why Gates is known for the quality of its products, they are American made. There is a certain degree of rigidity in this hose, but it is very flexible. In addition to resisting kinking well, it is very easy to maneuver between your engine bay and ground. S. Import hoses will no longer be used. I had leaks the size of pinholes all over the last hose I bought. I can find import hose at all the parts stores in my area.
