Questions & Answers
It can easily handle oil from the engine and transmission. I wouldn't recommend it for gas or solvents.
A rating of 350 is given. 50% factor 450°F is considered safe. Keep in mind that you're a well-oiled machine. I'm not attempting to increase the amount of pressure in the room.
I have serious reservations about it. I'd make an effort to get in touch with the vendor.
It's made for barb fittings and hose clamps, but I'm not sure how well it would hold up to the pressure of push loc fittings.

I thought I bought too much, but I ended up using all but about a half-foot of it to install a remote transmission cooler under my truck's bed. It appears to be of excellent quality, and it has performed admirably thus far. If anything changes, I'll let you know.
The walls are more than 1/8in thick, and there is reinforcing between the layers. This has an 11/16in OD. As a result, the hose isn't as flexible as it could be, but it will certainly withstand the hot oil it was designed to handle. On my older truck, I needed to replace some deteriorated transmission cooler hoses, so I bought this. Overall, this is a high-quality hose that should last a long time, and I would strongly recommend it! Advantages: br>br>
- rated at 300 psibr> rated at 300 degrees Fahrenheitbr> - hoses with thick walls and reinforcementbr> - hose with a length of 25 feetbr>br>Cons:
- Only con I can think of is that it isn't very adaptable.
Hose with a lot of heft. This was used to replace a bunch of fabricobbled garbage from a side-of-the-house project. the- The explosion of the road cooler line. This hose was simple to work with, fit well, and appears to have a thicker OD than the other hose I tore out of the same diameter. It was also more difficult to slice. I couldn't just score it a few times with side cutters and rip it; I had to use my knife. br>br>I measured temps at idle with the old and new hoses, and the new hose was around 5 degrees F cooler than the old hose, with the same reading on the transmission cooler face after idling for 10 minutes. br>br>I'd buy it again, and I'm glad I got some extras.
Oil transfer hose of the highest quality! It's difficult to find someone who understands the difference between a fuel hose and an oil transfer hose in the parts department. I've tried using fuel hose for power steering and oil transfer to coolers in the past, and while it works for a while, it becomes brittle over time. This hose is ideal for oil transfer applications and will last a long time (as long as it is routed properly).
The hose is significantly thicker and of higher quality than the OEM transmission hoses in my vehicle. It has withstood daily driving in the scorching heat and frigid temperatures of Las Vegas with no problems in stop-and-go traffic. traffic jams that come and go so far! br>br>Because this hose has a reinforced wall, it took a little extra heat to get it onto coupler fittings, but it was well worth the extra effort to get everything set up the way I wanted. If you're looking for a replacement hose for your power steering, engine oil, or transmission fluid, look no further. There is no need to look any further. At this price, I promise you won't find a higher-quality hose!.
I didn't even use half of the package's 25'. The wall thickness and construction of the hose are excellent. With a little lubricant to help slide on the barb, the hose pushed on to my fitting with ease. Excellent work!!.
The product appears to be of good quality; however, the second day I drove it, the hose outer lining just after the barb fitting split and began leaking, causing a mess underneath my truck. I'm not sure if it's a good thing or a bad thing. I'm torn about whether or not I should trust hose in the long run.
It worked out well, I installed a cooler and a Magnefine on two Honda CRVs. It appears to be a good quality hose, not flimsy, and it looks better than the hose that Honda uses and the hose that came with the Hayden coolers, so I used it and replaced all the hose that Honda used about 22' of it, and I used fuel injection clamps instead of the worm gear type, which strip and dig into the hose.
