The factory plastic housing is far inferior to the metal housing. br>When the plastic ones break down, fluid leaks into the speedo cable.

This was not at all what I had anticipated

Without extensive modification, it will not fit in the NP208 transfer case. Get the bracket, silicone the edge, and hope for the best. Fix only for the time being.
