The customer is not treated well
3/5

It is missing a seal and has not been It comes with only one seal, which is a pity. It was claimed that the seller has records of sending two seals. The fact that I had to wait for seals to install a transmission put me in a tight spot. I had to send pictures of the item, and the seller There is still no word. In the end, I bought the replacement seal from the dealer. asked for another seal from the seller, but he was not helpful and it seemed as if he thought I was trying to take advantage of him. Does it make sense to go through all the trouble and hassle to get an "extra" seal when they can't use it? There is no good reason that comes to mind. My only reason for giving two stars is because the seal I was sent worked.
