These seals will work if I have manual locking hubs with the 4x4 selector on the floor (not an electronic one)? It doesn't seem like I need vacuum seals (I don't think so)?

With my manual hubs and floor mounted shifter on my 04 f250, I used this kit. In addition to replacing the vacuum seals, I also thought it would be a good idea to make everything right while I was taking everything apart.

In addition to the inner oil seals, what about the differentials?

Neither the inner seals nor the outer seals are included. The outer seal and hub seal are the only ones included. Purchasing the tool suggested to install the large seal in the hub is also recommended.

These u joints look like they might be serviceable. ?

The answer is yes, they are pre-qualified There is a zerk fitting for servicing and it is packed with grease

Make sure that thrust washers are added! There is only one thing they could do to make this product better is to include thrust washers in the kit since they need to be replaced as well

I only noticed it once my car was apart and I had to wait 4 days for parts to arrive from Ford. Other than that, it's an excellent.

If you are not sure what you are doing
If you do not have the tools or knowledge required to replace these parts, it may be better to hire it out
Or take your time and learn on your own.

This kit was installed by my mechanic and he said the parts were of good quality. I was provided with everything I needed. The steering problem on my F250 has been resolved, so I'm happy with that.

The parts fit well and install without a problem. As of now, I've driven a few hundred miles with no problems. Purchase of the seal installation tool is strongly recommended.
