For my 1997 Chevrolet K1500 5, the item shown appears to be the correct seal. Seven letters. There are a couple of longer rubber boots with it which cover about an inch. I received part of the piece This is not the typical 36) you can find in the picture. About a foot is covered by the rubber boot. Its diameter is about half that of the seal taken from my transmission (4L60E), and has a diameter of about 25 inches. In keeping with Amazon's policy, I did not have to return the wrong item because it was kindly refunded.
