Fitted my 2006 Silverado perfectly, but not my new truck. It was a promise Amazon made. The quality appears to be excellent, other than that. There appear to have been two different drive shaft styles in 2006 for GM. See if it has the rubber boot adjacent to the bearing on yours. I'd bet this one would not fit if it didn't. There was no way I could not get the one for one. The diameter of the circle is 38".
This is garbage. A little over 4500 miles and it's already gone. Although they might be ok for a normal use vehicle, they are absolutely useless if you are going to haul/pull heavy loads and use your truck in the real world.
Spacers are useful if you have them in your old one. A star was changed from 5 stars to 1 stars because the bearing only lasted three months and went bad. There was no oil in the bearing,.

So far, everything seems to be working well.
