The Z26 is a more abrasive compound than the stock brembo pads, causing more rotor wear. Because the brembos are made of a softer compound, they produce a lot of brake dust. This is because the pads, not the rotors, wear out every time you hit the brakes. Carbon fiber strands (which are stronger than steel) bite into the metal, wearing down the rotors over time. Consider this: when you buy high mileage long lasting brake pads for a regular every day car, those pads beat up a rotor because they are made of a very hard compound material, which is how they get the high mileage. To be honest, I'd name them Power Stop and give them a description. They'll give you the correct item number if you tell them the make and model of your car. Their break pads are the best on the market, and they don't leave any dust!!

I was considering these, but I was concerned about their performance in comparison to the Brembos. Because my brembo pads were worn out and needed to be replaced, I took a chance and purchased these. I've been driving the car for over a week and there is almost no brake dust. I substituted by watching YouTube videos by myself. These are for 6 piston brembo calipers and were easy to replace and fit perfectly on my Dodge Charger 392 2018. Thank you very much, br>br>.
These brakes were at first appealing to me. My Durango SRT's OEM Brembos produce significantly less dust. When the brakes were applied, however, the brake surfaces became glazed over and began to vibrate the steering wheel. How can I be sure it's the pads that are causing the problem? I followed the same procedure when installing my Brembo brake pads, and the shake is completely gone. This happened after about 6,000 miles of driving, and I never tracked it or slammed on the brakes.

If you're trying to replace your C7 OEM brake pads with this pad because you're having brake dust issues, this will work! Z26-Z26-Z26-Z26-Z26-Z26-Z26- Time will tell how well 1718 fits the 2017 Grand Sport, but so far, there has been a significant reduction in the amount of brake dust on my black wheels. That alone, in my opinion, justifies the price, which is already low. There isn't much of a difference in braking performance. Also, it could just be my imagination, but the creaking sound you get when you lift off the brake appears to have vanished!.
From the top to the bottom, the shape is in the shape of a V. These were a great addition to my 2018 Dodge Charger 392 Daytona. They produce very little brake dust and are significantly quieter than stock pads. When braking at low and high speeds, I noticed no difference in performance. It's very simple to set up and use, and it works flawlessly. If you have Brembo brakes, this is the best upgrade you can make.
These z26 pads were used to replace the nearly new pads on my Corvette. I had to get rid of the Brembo pads (oem) because they were leaking so much brake dust. You'll understand what I mean if you ask anyone who owns them. These z26 pads are just like the original pads in terms of performance. Replacement of the original pads with these z26 pads is a must-do unless you enjoy being a slave to cleaning your wheels after every drive, which I don't.
The insane amount of break dust on my Challenger SRT's Brembo brake pads was driving me insane. The Z26s I ordered for the front and rear swapped out easily without any modifications, seated themselves right away, and the brake pedal felt and traveled identically.
