This is a really simple installation! Installing this gasket is super easy due to the slotted holes for the end studs

Simply drop the gasket between the block and manifold after mounting the manifold, with the end studs pointing toward the end of the manifold. Use this on a Mercruiser 260 with no problems. Tighten it down and add the rest of the studs.

Is it possible that this batch is faulty? I won't use this service I installed it on my 350 SBC and had an exhaust leak right away

When I put the engine back together, I was afraid I hadn't tightened all the bolts down, but later I found the cylinder gasket had blown out. It took five minutes for them to finish.

The quality of the goods is poor and they look nothing like the description. My attention was immediately drawn to them and I returned them immediately. There is a difference between Felpro's basic exhaust gaskets and other gaskets.
