Bolts on the fan shroud are no longer compatible after being replaced. Do you know anyone who has encountered this issue? Could you please tell me the size of the bolt ?

The 10mm radiator bolts were threaded thru the fan shroud supports, allowing me to put in the 11mm bolts for the fan shroud once those bolts were out, I was able to thread in the 10mm radiator bolts again.

The OEM radiator is being shipped with packing peanuts still stuffed in the filler opening and/or with poor packaging so it will be damaged when it arrives?

In my case, there were no peanuts, the box was sealed with one piece of accordion type cardboard on the top and bottom. The only holes it covered were the ones for the automatic transmission.

This will fit a 2000 TJ4. ?

The automatic transmission is available. If you do not use the transmission cooling lines, it will also work on a manual transmission. You can get a mopar automatic trans for a significantly lower price if you have a manual transmission.

Do the radiator fittings include the cooling lines for the transmission?

The one I had The old ones were leaking when I tried to use them at first. I recommend cutting the rubber lines (if you have enough slack) to get a new seal by using the included fittings.

Parts from Mopar are of high quality, but they are not packaged properly

I have installed other aftermarket options before and the Mopar radiator came out on top. In terms of fit as well as quality of construction. Unfortunately, the version I received was damaged by shipping, which was extremely disappointing. This is especially true after spending four times as much as a cheap alternative. It was more than adequate, but not what I expected. It would have been better if I had more time to return it and ask for one without damage!.

I do not see any problems with the radiator aside from that wasted time

As a result of the way the radiator was packaged, I give it 3 stars. I spent about 40 minutes just fishing packing peanuts out of the radiator because it was shipped in a box with a ton of packing peanuts but did not cover up the hose openings on the front or the opening on the top where the cap should go. You will have a major blockage if you don't get them all out. The radiator works perfectly, apart from that waste of time. There are many open spaces in the building which they should have covered.
