Honestly I don't know if this works, but I read that you can turn the fan by removing it.

Fan that fits into tight spaces well

When you work in a tight space, a compact fan like this is an excellent choice. The factory-spiced up motor on our old 1968 Mustang was running warm, so we bought this fan as an auxiliary pusher fan. The angle of the grille and radiator allowed for very little space between the fan and the radiator, but it fit easily and Now even in stop and go traffic, it pushes a lot of air and regulates temperature well.
