Is there no squeal or noise when driving on a daily basis?

These are by far the best pads I've ever had. There is no sound, no dust, and everything comes to a halt in the blink of an eye.

Are these compatible with a 2012 Mark 6 Jetta Gli?

Yes, they do; all you have to do is cut the wear sensor wire and you're good to go.

Is this a single pad or part of a set?

It comes with everything you need to repair both the left and right front brakes.

Is this for the front or back of the house?

Because my car has drum brakes in the back, I purchased mine for the front. They're fantastic; I can't say enough good things about them.

The product and the fit are excellent

These were installed on my 2012 VW CC Sport, and there were two of them. 0 front wheel drive, perfect fit, and the wear sensor for the driver's front was included. To wear off the red coating, you must drive 100 miles; it polishes the rotor's surface, and then you can feel the improved bite of the actual pad. It's a little pricey, but since I do the work myself, I won't have to do it again. This is my daily driver, and they're squealing a little because I've just come to a full stop. There was nothing I couldn't handle, but the factory pads were completely silent. With a small floor jack and hand tools, I completed the job in under an hour, with more friction, better stopping, and a little noise. If you do your own repairs, you'll almost certainly upgrade when it's time to replace. This is an excellent option!.

EBC is now my go-to brake company

I purchased these brakes for my MKV GTI and have been very pleased with them thus far. It was very simple to put together and it fit perfectly. I will say that the outer portions should be lubricated. It has an impact on how you feel. I had these 100% on my car for 2 weeks with no noise or other issues. I had Bosch on my car before and prefer these 100%. I'm not sure about the brake dust, but they feel fantastic in any case.

Green ebc pads have always performed admirably

I've always used ebc green on all of my VWs because it has a longer life, produces less dust, makes no noise, and is a lot better than stock.

My 2012 VW Jetta TDI Premium was unable to use them because they did not fit

Although these are excellent brakes, the brackets on my 2012 Volkswagen Jetta TDI Premium were not the same. The DP21518 fronts, on the other hand, performed admirably.

The pads are very nice

I chose the Green Stuff over the Red pads because I don't believe I drive hard enough to require the Red pads. For over six months, I've had these on my 2010 Jetta TDI. So far, everything has gone well, with only a small amount of dust.
