They can be made to work if the bike has a cable clutch and a hydraulic front brake. There is no way to operate the front brake on a bike with a cable front brake.
My opinion is that this is not true.
It does not require any special fittings because they are all standard
I plugged in the connector on my KFX 400 without any issues.

I thought I'd give these a try and see how they work. As a starting point, I handled the clutch lever and cable installation, which wasn't too difficult I was relatively pleased I liked the feel and look of the fabric. A set of black levers would look neater than the long chrome OEM levers on my 09 SV650. Thus far, everything seems to be going well. It did take a little light modification to get the clutch lever plug to fit into the terminals (I had to trim them slightly so I could I'm looking forward to the fun part now. All that jazz and swapping the brake lever and master cylinder took a considerable amount of time. The brakes were still somewhat spongy after I bled them for quite some time. My experience with bleeding brakes on cars is limited, so I did some research and followed the instructions in the manual to bleed my bike's brakes. Once again, the skin is rather spongy, and since I have been doing it for a while, I assumed this would be the case. It took a few days of riding before I could bear the feeling of these soft brakes, which were also very unsafe. To engage, you need to push the button so far down. It took me a while to bleed it again that day, so I The situation does not get any We had a few friends try out the bike and they commented on the strange/bad feel of the brakes. When you let go of the lever, you can see the piston very slowly retract back up. There was no feeling worse then not being able to stop and I've never been so unconfident in
In short, I went home and changed the brake cylinder back to the OEM one, which later led to the black lever also being changed. By bleeding the brakes (same procedure), I could feel an immediate There was a point that was firm on the lever as it used to be. It stops well just as it did In any case, I at least got some use out of these by only using the clutch and brake levers. It is not recommended that you use this master cylinder unless you are willing to request additional work to remove them The bottom line I am afraid that the report is not accurate. We have a sticky, spongy brake master cylinder that is garbage. A decent set of levers. Those on the clutch side are in good working order. The OEM brake cylinder may be used and you need only to swap the brake.
I have a '05 CRF230F and these fit pretty well. These are universal switch sets, so if you need microswitches for various functions (clutch sensors, etc) you can get them on both sides. A decent level of quality is achieved. This is a very nice finish. The handles are easily adjustable, giving you a great reach. We are happy with the design, function, and feel of this system.
I like it a lot.
There is a reason for their low price. I am surprised at the poor quality of the powder coating. The first coat was As far as I can tell, they'll get the job done, but you get what you pay for.
product feels like a quality one. However, the alignment of the banjo bolt was off by 90 degrees, so I couldn't install it. The master cylinder that came with my motorcycle is from.
I installed these on a sports quad and the bracket broke before it got tight enough to hold it in place. My old brackets worked great too. They are a good deal and are a great price, but the quality indicates that if they are used for handguards, they should last a long time.
Don't make them too tight. The old one snapped even though I didn't overtighten it too much, but luckily I still had the old one, so I was able to.
