Yes. Carriers and races, pinion bearings and races, pinion seal, pinion nut, crush sleeve, oil baffles and slingers, marking compound, and brush are all included.
This is most likely what I used on the front of my 2000 TJ with a Dana 35. They're most likely the same if you have a Dana 35.
Inner axle seals are not included in most install kits; look for a master install kit or buy them separately.

I requested a replacement kit after receiving the first kit, which contained one incorrect bearing (too large). The second statement is correct; the kit includes high-quality components. There are no instructions provided. Installation was done with the help of other resources. I'm glad I wasn't relying on it as a weekend fix for my daily driver. Other similar kit appears to be correct at first glance (but has not yet been installed).
Great value for money, especially when compared to Yukon products. The bearings are of excellent quality, and the noise level is very low.
